This cooks noodles easily with the 12" noodle skimmer. It is stainless steel and made of fine mesh wires with outer framework and comes with riveted, round bamboo handle. It has a round, flat concave net strainer to hold the noodles. The concave net not only secures the noodles but also strains water, oil and other basics. It also has a built in hook hanger for storage or hanging up the pot. It is easily washable.
