To prepare flavorful food with less mess in the kitchen, the 16" extra strength wok is the tool. This wok comes with not just two handles but also with a wooden handle. The long handle makes it easy to move and tilt the wok when stir-frying. The wok also has a small �helper� handle on the other side, providing the wok an easier way to lift it. The wok conducts heat evenly and it spreads heat evenly. Also uses less oil for deep-frying than a traditional deep-fat fryer. It ensures that food tossed during stir-frying lands back in the pan and not on the stove. This is ideal for a restaurant, chef, buffet and more. It is mainly used for commercial grade.
